Free Assessment ยท Gilbert, Arizona
See your environment the way we see it
We review your network, endpoints, servers, Microsoft 365 tenant, backups and security posture, then hand you the findings in plain English with a fix first list ranked by risk and cost.
What you receive
A written report, not a verbal impression
Findings in plain English, each rated red, amber or green, each mapped to the question a carrier, an auditor or a client will eventually ask you.
Alongside it, a fix first list ranked by risk and by what it costs to close, so you can decide what to do now, what to budget for, and what to leave alone.
It costs nothing, takes about 90 minutes, and the report is yours to keep, share with your broker, or hand to the IT provider you already have.

What we look at
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: MFA coverage, conditional access, admin accounts, forwarding rules that should not exist, legacy authentication still enabled
- Endpoints and servers: what security tooling is deployed, what is actually reporting, and what quietly stopped
- Backups: what is protected, where copies live, whether anything has ever been restored and when
- Network: firewall configuration, segmentation, wireless coverage, remote access and anything exposed that should not be
- Hardware: what is in warranty, what is past end of life, and what is going to fail first
- Spend: licences and services you are paying for and no longer using
What you receive
- A written report with a red, amber, green rating against each area
- A fix first list ranked by risk and by what it costs to close
- An honest read on what is urgent, what can wait a budget cycle, and what is fine
- The report is yours to keep, to share with your broker, or to hand to the provider you already have

Questions about the assessment
What does it cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation attached. About 90 minutes of your time and a short remote session.
We already have an IT provider. Is it awkward?
Most businesses that book it do have one, and we are not going to make it awkward. If they have everything in place, the report says so in writing, which is worth having. If there are gaps, you get a specific list to take to them.
How long until we get the report?
Within two business days of the review, in writing.
Do you need admin access?
For the deepest read, yes, and most of it can be done read only. If you would rather we work from a screen share while your own person drives, that works too.
What happens afterwards?
We walk you through the findings, answer questions, and quote if you want one. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say so. We have talked people out of six figure projects.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before we look at anything, as standard rather than on request.
Find out before somebody else does
The worst time to discover a gap is when a claim is being examined. The second worst is the week of renewal.
