Dental Practices ยท Gilbert, AZ
When the operatory goes down, the whole day goes with it
A frozen imaging workstation at 8:15 does not cost you fifteen minutes. It costs you the morning, because every patient behind that one moves.
What we hear most
The problems that bring dental practices to us
- Imaging that will not load, on an undersized network nobody surveyed
- A practice management database with maintenance jobs that have been failing quietly for months
- Sensors and intraoral cameras that stop talking to a workstation mid procedure
- A server in a closet, out of warranty, running the entire practice
- An IT provider three states away who says everything is remote-friendly until hardware fails
What we put in place, and evidence
- Business Associate AgreementSigned at onboarding
- MFA on Microsoft 365 and remote accessEnforced
- Imaging traffic segmented from guest Wi-FiVLAN separated
- Practice management database backupRestore tested
- Annual Security Risk AssessmentDocumented
- Endpoint detection, all workstationsDeployed
- Staff security awareness trainingCompletion records
- Incident response and breach planWritten
Every control produces a document, a report or a log. When a carrier, an auditor or a client asks whether you have it, the answer is a file rather than a conversation.
We know what runs in your practice
- Practice management: Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental and Curve, plus the SQL instances underneath them and the maintenance jobs most practices assume someone is watching
- Imaging: Dexis, Sidexis, Romexis, Carestream and CBCT, which are bandwidth and storage problems as much as software problems
- Microsoft 365, secure email, e-claims and clearinghouse connections
- Digital forms, check in tablets, VoIP and the front office workstations running four things at once
- Network and wireless sized for imaging rather than for a coffee shop
Changing providers
Switching without losing a day
Cutover happens outside your working hours. Nothing that touches a server happens while you are trying to operate.
We document before we change anything. Your network gets mapped, credentials inventoried and licensing verified while your current provider is still in place.
You own everything from day one. Documentation, passwords, licences and configuration registered in your name. If you ever leave us, you take all of it and nothing stops working.
We own the vendor calls. Your software vendors, your ISP, your phone provider. That is our job, not your office manager's.

Straight answers
Questions dental practices ask first
How fast do you respond when we are down?
Clinical down issues jump the queue. You reach your pod, a named lead engineer and a named backup who already know your network, so there is no queue and nothing to explain. Response target is 15 minutes during business hours, and we dispatch from Gilbert when it needs hands.
Do you support Dentrix and Eaglesoft, or just the network?
Both. We keep the application and its database patched, monitored and backed up, and we own the vendor relationship when something needs escalating. We are not your clinical trainer, but we make sure it runs.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, at onboarding, before we touch anything containing patient data.
What if our imaging server fails on a clinic day?
That is what tested restores are for. We hold image level backups with offsite copies and a written recovery plan, and we test restores on a schedule so recovery time is a known number rather than a hope.
We are a two location practice. Can you handle that?
Yes. Both sites on shared secured infrastructure with consistent standards, so your team gets the same experience wherever they are working that day.
Are you actually local?
Family owned in Gilbert since 2015. Several providers ranking for dental IT here are headquartered in other states and deliver everything remotely. Remote is fine for most tickets. It is not fine when a server dies.
