Where downtime and compliance both cost money

We work across the East Valley with businesses of roughly five to two hundred people. These are the sectors where we have built the same environment enough times to start from informed questions rather than a blank page.

Medical Practices

Appointments run behind. Providers document on paper they will key in twice. The schedule never fully recovers, and the front desk absorbs it.

Dental Practices

A frozen imaging workstation at 8:15 does not cost you fifteen minutes. It costs you the morning, because every patient behind that one moves.

View →

Law Firms

Your obligation to protect client information follows every email, every cloud folder and every laptop that leaves the building.

View →

Manufacturing & Industrial

Plant floor systems have a different problem to office IT: the machine that runs your production is often older than your newest laptop and cannot simply be patched on a Tuesday.

View →

Construction

Construction runs on documents that live in five places at once: the office, the truck, the job site, the subcontractor's inbox and somebody's phone.

View →

Accounting & Finance

Encrypting your files the week your clients need you most is not an accident. It is the business model.

View →

Veterinary Practices

A veterinary practice runs imaging, practice management, payments and a full appointment book on infrastructure usually sized for a small office.

View →

Professional Services

Engineering firms, consultancies, insurance agencies, brokerages and agencies all share a shape: valuable client data, a small team, and nobody whose job is the technology.

View →

Real Estate

Closing dates are public, the parties are known, and the money moves in one large transfer. There is no more attractive target in small business.

What these have in common

Compliance you can evidence, and downtime that costs real money

Every sector on this page shares two traits. Something external asks them to prove their controls are in place, whether that is HIPAA, a bar association, a cyber insurance carrier or a client security questionnaire. And when the systems stop, the business stops with them.

That combination changes what good IT looks like. It is not enough for backups to run; someone has to have restored one and written down the date. It is not enough to have MFA; you have to be able to show where it is enforced and where it is not.

So every engagement produces documentation as a by-product of the work, not as a separate project you pay for later.

What every industry page covers

  • The specific failures we see most in that sector
  • The software we support by name, not in general terms
  • The controls we put in place, and the evidence each produces
  • How switching providers works without losing a working day
  • Straight answers to the questions owners ask first

Questions about industry specific IT

Why does industry matter for IT?

Because the failure that hurts is different in each one. A dental practice loses the morning when imaging stalls. A law firm loses a client's money to a spoofed wire. A manufacturer loses production when the plant floor and the office share one flat network. Generic managed IT covers none of those specifically.

What if our industry is not listed?

Call anyway. The nine listed here are where we have built the same environment enough times to start from informed questions, but the underlying work is the same for most businesses of five to two hundred people.

Do you understand our software, or just the network under it?

Both, up to the line where clinical or professional configuration becomes the vendor's job. We keep the application, its database and its integrations healthy, and we own the escalation to your vendor when the fix is theirs.

Are you a compliance consultancy?

No. We implement and document the technical and administrative safeguards frameworks like HIPAA require, and we stay in the room when an auditor or insurer asks for evidence. For legal interpretation of your obligations, work with compliance counsel. Most businesses need both.

How do we know you have done this before?

Ask for the software by name on the first call. If we cannot tell you what breaks in Dentrix, what a lapsed SonicWall subscription actually stops doing, or why your QuickBooks file slows down, you will know within five minutes.
