Pay by Zelle
The fastest way to settle an invoice
Zelle is our preferred method for most invoices. It clears quickly, carries no processing fee, and works straight from your existing business banking app.
How to send it
Open your banking app
Zelle is built into most business banking apps rather than being a separate account you have to create.
Use the details on your invoice
Every invoice carries the correct payment details. Use those rather than any saved from a previous email, and if anything differs from last time, call us before sending.
Reference the invoice number
Put it in the memo field. It is the difference between a payment applied the same day and one that sits unmatched for a week.
Tell us it is sent
Reply to the invoice email or call. We will confirm receipt and mark it paid.
Before you send anything
- Details taken from the invoiceNot from an email
- Invoice number in the memoApplied same day
- Details changed since last timeCall (602) 677-0779 first
- Request arrived by email onlyVerify by phone
We will never email you asking to send payment to a new account. If you receive one, it is not from us. Call the number you already have and check. Payment redirection is the most common way money is stolen from small businesses, and a thirty second phone call defeats it.

Questions about paying by Zelle
Why do you prefer Zelle?
It settles quickly, it carries no processing fee for either side, and it works from the banking app you already use. Nothing about the amount changes, so the whole benefit is speed and simplicity.
Is there a fee?
Not from us, and most banks do not charge for Zelle between business accounts. Check with your own bank if you are unsure, since policies vary.
How do I know I am paying the right account?
Confirm the details against your invoice, and if anything looks different from last time, call (602) 677-0779 before you send anything. Payment redirection fraud is real and it works precisely because people do not make that call.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Send us the confirmation or just let us know it is on the way, and we will mark the invoice paid and email confirmation.
Is there a limit on how much I can send?
Your bank sets Zelle limits, and they vary widely between institutions and account types. For larger invoices ACH is usually the better route, and we are happy to switch you to it.
Something on the invoice unclear?
Call (602) 677-0779 before you pay it. We would rather explain a line item than have you sitting on an invoice you do not understand.
