Pay by PayPal
Card payment, instant receipt, no account needed
A PayPal invoice can be paid by card as a guest, with a receipt emailed the moment it goes through. Convenient when you need the confirmation for your own records straight away.
How it works
We email the invoice
It arrives from PayPal with our name on it, containing the same amount and invoice number as any other invoice we send.
Pay by card or PayPal balance
No PayPal account is required to pay by card. Choose the guest option if you would rather not create one.
Receipt arrives immediately
PayPal emails it to you and notifies us at the same time, so nobody has to chase confirmation.
If you would rather avoid card processing entirely, Zelle and ACH both work and cost you nothing extra.

Questions about paying by PayPal
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. A PayPal invoice can be paid by card as a guest. The account is only needed if you want to pay from a PayPal balance or a linked bank account.
Which cards can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus most business debit cards.
Is there a surcharge?
No. The amount on the invoice is the amount you pay. Processing costs are ours.
How fast does it clear?
Card payments confirm immediately and you get a receipt from PayPal straight away. Bank funded payments can take a few days to settle, which is worth knowing if you are paying close to a deadline.
Can we use this for monthly managed billing?
You can, though most managed clients use ACH instead. It is lower friction for recurring billing and easier for a bookkeeper to reconcile.
Something on the invoice unclear?
Call (602) 677-0779 before you pay it. We would rather explain a line item than have you sitting on an invoice you do not understand.
